Rivetgeek GoldenLassoGirl My sense is this would either be a bandaid not solving anything, just an obnoxious means-tested program for parents to deal with after tragedy — “sorry your child died, sign this form to see if you qualify”. Or worse, it would be a vehicle for gov to fund more cops in schools.
