    1. Got to play with atlas stones today! Worked up to 140lbs. It’s a fun movement! Also did some log press which was fun too, at Strongman/Strongwoman Saturday at The Resistance Gym resistgym.com/strongman-saturdays

        Definitely feeling beat up today from yesterday’s lifts. Not used to those movements. Still want to do it again though. With practice it’ll get easier-ish.
